I'm questioning our social norms and comfort zones - North America's value system. I'm choosing to tumble through life rather than following that predictable path that quite simply doesn't work for me. I'm bluntly inviting that elephant out of the corner and onto the stage of my life.

Carolynn's Cinnamon Buns
The secret to mum's Cinnamon Buns: When you think you have enough sugar, add more.
What you Need
½ c butter
1 egg
11 oz. milk
4 ½ cups Flour
4 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Yeast
What you Do
Use a bread machine to make the dough, once it's finished in the bread cycle, roll dough to large rectangle
Spread with ¼ c melted butter sprinkle with large amount of brown sugar, followed by cinnamon, optional crushed walnuts
Roll dough slice into 15 buns
Place in greased, large backing pan or two smaller pans. Let rise for one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minuets. As soon as you remove from oven invert on foil or cooling rack & remove pan
